HI,

hope someone can help me we have a network of mainly windows xp
machines that DHCP just fine but resently we've added a couple of
windows 7 machines to the network, these machines will work ok on the
internet for a few minutes then they will drop the connection and try
and reconnect. they work fine when plugged directly into the router.
does anyone have any idea what might be causing this we've turned of
V6 IP addressing also

Kind regards

It's a FireBrick you're using right? I recommend assigning your IP
addresses manually (and of course the DNS entries), then see if the same
problem occurs. Look at the details of your connections before changing it,
and write down the IP/DNS info so you can manually enter it in. Wireless or
wired?
